Here's some frequently asked questions we've received.

 

Q. Do you offer local pick up?  

Yes we offer pick-up from our location in Warnbro, WA.  we also offer local delivery for a small fee & also postage through Australia post. 

Q. What is the maximum process time?

Max wait time is 2 weeks this doesn't include drop off or postage times. If we are behind we do posts our on Facebook and instagram to keep you informed. 

Q. I want a refund,how does that work?

Short answer no, as everything is handmade and personalised we cannot give a refund. 

if unhappy for any reason, we offer a store credit. Item must have photographic proof. Change of mind is not accepted. 

Please understand that handmade items can have imperfections, colours may seem different due to our devices.
